 Through the acquisition of Eerduosi Hengtai Company, King Stone Energy currently engages in its principal business of the production and sale of coal.
The Company currently owns and operates Coal Mine of Nianpanliang in Eerduosi. Nianpanliang Coal Mine is located in Dongsheng District of Eerduosi. This mine has three working faces, with capacity of 1.8Mtpa, 1.8Mtpa and 3.0Mtpa respectively. In total, the Company has of an area of 7m2 , JORC compliant resources of 204Mt, proved recoverable reserve of 72Mt and a designed capacity of 6.6 Mtpa.
With its low methane content and water permeability, Nianpanliang Coal Mine is situated in an area of good mining condition. Besides, its geological conditions are also excellent, resulting in a remote possibility of incidents occurring during coal production. Most of the coal in the mine is steam coal of low sulfur and ash which fulfills the quality requirements of coal for different power stations, allowing the assurance of sales of raw coal.
